Folks, step outside and you might think winter cancelled, that spring warmth is a total bluff. Because a serious cold front is charging in.
As the sun sets. Tonight starts deceptively mild with rain arriving after 1 A.M. Across Eastern Nebraska. You'll wake up to a sloppy mix changing over to snow by Sunday morning. Accumulation stays minor, just 1 to 2 inches, but the wind is the real headline. Gusts hitting 56 miles an hour will make 27 degrees feel like minus 11 by Sunday night. That's a brutal 50-degree crash in 24 hours.
