Step outside and you feel it, summer heat in mid-March. We're sitting at 74 degrees right now under a clear sky, that's well above normal for this time of year. But this calm morning is misleading, a dramatic weather change is just 36 hours away.
Folks, we've a classic spring battle setting up. Sunday brings dangerous severe weather, followed immediately by a hard freeze.
As the sun sets. Central Mississippi, you've one more nice day, tonight stays mild with a low near 57. Sunday turns windy and warm with a high near 82, then, storms crash in Sunday night. Expect rain and thunderstorms between 8 P.M. and midnight, the rain clears out by Monday morning, leaving us at 48 degrees. Monday night turns brutally cold with a low near 26.
