From growing up in a small town, to having her daughter at the age of 21, to waitressing at Hooters, to winning the Hooters pageant, to getting signed to one of the top modeling agencies, and moving on to became an extremely successful model, to now being an empty nester while her daughter is off at college, Rachel shares the highs and lows of it all.
