Nearly an inch already on the ground. And the heavy stuff hasn't even peaked yet. Whiteout conditions hit around 7 AM. Snow keeps falling through 10 PM tonight. This storm will be talked about. Let me walk you through it. Eastern Massachusetts takes the hardest punch. Another 11 to 17 inches are coming. Winds are howling northeast at 29 miles an hour, gusting to 47.
