And cold air damming has us trapped under a gray, damp ceiling. That wedge of chilly air is why we're stuck in the low 40s today. And why round after round of rain keeps rolling in.
In the next 24 hours. Step outside right now and you'll feel 37 degrees with fog clinging to everything. That damp chill cuts right through your jacket.
Baltimore Metro tops out around 41 degrees this afternoon. Patchy fog, maybe a sprinkle. The real rain arrives this evening, peaking around 7 P.M. Expect a soggy night with lows holding at 41.
