Pretty pleasant for late February. Now drive west on I-68 and it's a different story. Western Maryland is locked in winter's grip. Highs barely scratch 37 degrees with a steady west wind between 6 and 10 miles an hour. That's a 12 degree gap from Baltimore. Clear skies tonight mean the heat escapes fast.
