Hale Irwin is an American professional golfer and was one of the world’s leading golfers from the 70’s to the mid 80’s. He is one of the few players in history to win three U.S. Opens and became the oldest ever U.S. champion in 1990 at the age of 45. As a senior golfer, Hale ranks second all-time in PGA Tour Champions victories and is widely regarded as one of the greatest players in Champions Tour history. He has also developed a career as a golf course architect.

Listen to his story of success and heartbreak.
