This week, I've heard a lot about wins, and the importance of writing down your wins.

I don't think of wins as results so much as processes. You never fail if you try. During a speech in 1910, Teddy Roosevelt famously said, "It is not the critic who counts: not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs and comes up short again and again, because there is no effort without error or shortcoming, but who knows the great enth ...
