Beau Schilling from Akaska, South Dakota joins the show to chat about his recent 3rd place finish in the National Walleye Tour event on Lake Oahe. Oahe is Schilling's home water but regardless of his experience there, this tournament was a battle both days for every angler in the field. The big fish weren't biting very well and the wind blew enough to wreak havoc on anglers ability to use forward facing sonar efficiently. In this interview we hear all about Beau's tournament. We also talk about a great event taking place on Oahe out of Akaska this July 25th/26th called the Aftco Throwdown. A fishing competition where the biggest walleye takes home a pickup, but there is a multitude of other great prizes and giveaways.
