Only 27 degrees by 2 P.M. Tonight drops back to 20, but the wind finally quits around 11 P.M. Now push south into Central Illinois. That's your cold pocket this morning. Lows bottomed out near 15 degrees around 4 A.M. You'll warm to 31 degrees by 3 P.M. Winds shift southwest around 10 P.M. Tonight. And here's where it gets interesting. Tomorrow?
