Highlights

• 2 CME’s yesterday which are headed to Earth and expected to tap us on the 9th of January. If these two CME’s conjoin on their way to Earth we could see higher GM conditions arise
• Coronal hole slated to connect with our Earth later on the 8th and 9th and more fully on the 10th.
• Sun is a hair more active than the day before. With 12 C class flares the highest was a 7.4 short-lived pop from 4334. 4334 is now the lead flare producer.
• 6 active sunspot regions; 3 beta, 2 alpha and now we have 4336 is beta gamma.
• Solar wind is slowing, although we did see it rise up to 470 around 21 utc yesterday BZ go mostly NW Currently 361 with the BZ just barely SW.
• Geomagnetic field in the last 21 hours has been 0-1, which is very low, and we are currently a little over 0, less than yest ...
