We’re bringing in a certified legend: Lisa Gesualdo—better known as Lisa Runsalot—who just casually took first place at Oakwood 24, a 6-hour race in NC. And, in true Lisa fashion, that performance also happened to be her 200th marathon-distance (or longer) event. At 56, she’s out-running excuses, expectations, and probably most of your Strava feed.
Lisa is a force in every running medium—not just on the trails. She races everything: 5Ks, ultras, road, trail, marathons, timed events. If it has a bib, she’s done it…and likely crushed it.
