Episode notes
Shane Komine sat down with Greg Sharpe fresh off his induction into the Nebraska Hall of Fame. Komine is considered a key piece in elevating Nebraska baseball to another tier of excellence from 1999 to 2002.

In his career as a pitcher, Komine won a Nebraska-record 41 wins, wracked up 510 career strikeouts, and held a 2.84 career ERA, while helping the program to its first Super Regional in 2000, then back-to-back College World Series appearances in 2001 and 2002. Among his many accolades, Komine was the 1999 Big 12 Freshman of the Year, a two-time Big 12 Pitcher of the Year, a two-time 1st team All-Big 12, and a multi-time All-American.

Shane shared his thoughts and reaction to making the Hall of Fame on Sports Nightly.
