Yes. It can literally destroy the very fabric of who you are for life.

Especially when they colloborate with others to achieve their Goals , and especially if they don’t ever want to let go of you.

But on the flip side they don’t want you/ they always have others they are hiding behind/ engaging with

. They never admit to the damage they cause others and will keep the abuse going whether it be financial, physical, mental, etc. for as long as they’re not found out or exposed by the abused.
