The truth is Jesus, because of His sinless life, is not only aware of how we feel, but has felt every pain, every illness, every separation, indeed everything that is not of perfect light - He experienced it, and to its infinite extreme. He suffered, beyond human comprehension, all that we suffer and all that all of us suffer collectively, and within the silent chambers of our own individual souls.
