  • Christians Started Cancel Culture

    Christians Started Cancel Culture

Wow! What a title. lol. This message has been on my heart though and it's true in the sense that a large part of Christianity has cancelled the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is actually necessary to direct us in God's will and His best for us. This is an invitation for more. An invitation for peace, wisdom, understanding, purpose, and freedom. An invitation to renew your mind in Christ Jesus and be set free by going through your own spiritual healing and to fulfill your greatest purpose after loving God with all your heart, mind, and soul, which is the great commission; to share Jesus and disciple those around you. This can look different for everyone because we are the body of Christ. One body, with many parts and roles. God prepared, in advance, good works specifically for YOU. You are wanted, needed, and purposed. You are a new creation in Christ Jesus and it's time to live that way. <3

  • He Called Me To Rest

    He Called Me To Rest

Is your home a place of peace? This episode covers how to cultivate peace in your home both physically and spiritually. We have authority over our homes so we can set the tone for how it feels and what we allow in and cast out. We want our homes to be somewhere we can truly rest and abide in the Lord. Where we can feel his presence and hear clearly from Him. "My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest." Isaiah 32:18

  • He Called Me Teacher: Homeschooling

    He Called Me Teacher: Homeschooling

This is the topic I get asked about the most: Why we homeschool. I truly don’t believe in one-size-fits-all but I do believe in having a choice. So I want to share our story for any other moms who just want options or the confidence to try something different. Homeschool is actually a large network these days as a lot of families, both Christian and not, are choosing this avenue now. There are so many resources and so much support if you look for it. Our greatest call as Christian parents is to disciple our own kids. Not rely on a church or school or anyone else to do that for us. So no matter what path you personally feel led down, keep God in it and listen to the Holy Spirits prompts if you feel off about something, and make sure you are intentional about finding time to disciple your kids. Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
