Rahil's culinary journey began in renowned hotels in India and Hospitality Management education in Edinburgh, Scotland. His international journey continued with a prestigious position at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dubai, UAE.

In 2019 he began his career in Canada by working with esteemed establishments like Ritz Carlton and Delta Hotels. However, it was during the challenging times of the pandemic that Rahil lent his expertise as a restaurant consultant.

Participation in global competitions has been a significant part of Rahil's journey, where he proudly represented both the UAE and Canada. An impressive collection of over 50 medals and trophies, and competing in the culinary Olympics in 2020 and 2024 further solidifies Rahil's role as a culinary ambassador for the country.
