After a short hiatus, I'm happy to be back. Next up on GIANTS AMONGST US is Chris who joins us, and he's got a story to tell. Chris talks about his bouts with anxiety, depression, dropping out of college and losing some real close and dear to him, his father. He shares the struggles of trying to find purpose, meaning, and a peace of mind.

Chris also talks about music being therapeutic for him. Poetry, and expressing himself over instrumentals helped him cope with the loss of his father. He gives us hope of there being light at the end of the tunnel, no matter how dark, and lonely it can seem for us.
