Dense fog is wrapping the southeast this morning. Visibility drops to a quarter mile or less until around 9 A.M. Give yourself extra time if you're heading out early. Metro Atlanta hits 79 degrees today under mostly sunny skies. Tonight's low holds at a mild 60. Eastern Georgia climbs even higher, reaching 81 with just a touch of morning fog between 7 and 8 A.M.
