Grab your iced coffee because this one's a scorcher for February. Here's the deal. Central Florida is the main character today. Temperatures soar to 88 degrees. That's a full 10 degrees above normal for late February. The kind of warmth where your steering wheel burns your hands and you question every life choice that led you to wearing jeans. Winds gust to about 10 miles an hour by afternoon, but that barely takes the edge off. Slide over to Tampa Bay and you're seeing 84 degrees. Light winds keep it feeling pleasant, but make no mistake.
