Real Tip of the Day: Keep It Real

EAT. REAL. FOODS. Stick to the perimeter of the grocery store when checking off the shopping list to meal prep your week. Fresh vegetables, poultry, red meats, fish, dairy…are all located on the outskirts of the store. The inside isles are processed, boxed, perishable (quinoa, couscous, brown rice, whole wheat pastas, etc are great choices and are located on the inside isles) and are not necessary to your shopping cart. Change it up and see how you feel :)
