ESSIE SURVIVED STEVE HARVEY AND ALL HE HAS DONE

ESSIE BERRY SURVIVED by ESSIE BERRY

Episode notes

There are no words that can fully express what I have endured—both as a person and as someone who has survived deep emotional harm. What I experienced changed me, tested me, and forced me to find strength I never knew I had.

Speaking out has not been easy, but remaining silent would be far more damaging. I believe that when someone with power, like Steve Harvey is not challenged, harm has the potential to continue. I speak up not out of anger, but out of responsibility—to myself and to others who may not yet have a voice.

My decision to speak is about accountability, healing, and protection. Silence should never be the price of survival. I refuse to be quiet when truth still needs room to breathe.
