Dr. Timothy Fuller is the Evangelism Lead - African American Evangelism for Texas Baptists. Dr. Fuller earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. In the spring of 2018, he earned a Ph.D. in Homiletics from Southwestern Baptist Seminary; the first African-American to graduate from the School of Preaching.Dr. Fuller has been an adjunct professor at Southern Bible Institute and College in Dallas Texas and at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has conducted numerous workshops and seminars, locally, nationally, and internationally in Hermeneutics, Expository Teaching and Preaching, and Apologetics.
