Here is another reaction clip. This time to another strength coach. But here is the catch. This coach (to my current knowledge) has and does not work in college athletics.
Yet he is talking about why college S&C is wrong. To me, if you have not worked in it. You do not know what is going on and therefore should not talk about it. Check out the reaction and let us know your thoughts.
