We sit down and talk with Head Manager Rao Irfan, who has been running "Lord Of Food" restaurant in Lahore. A success story started in October 2019 and reached sales of Rs. 10 Million within 3 Months. We discuss with him about challenges he faced during pandemic, maintaining food quality, managing staff and every new challenges they face in the food business. Also we discussed about restaurant marketing, reaching TikTok influencers, outside travelers, doing family & friends events.
Thanks to Lord Of Food for having us, we loved our experience there, enjoyed food and obviously had a great time with Mr Rao Irfan.
