n today’s world of Vedic Astrology on YouTube — Indian and Western — there is far too much shock value, drama, fear-mongering and sales tricks: “Rahu here means disaster.” “Ketu here means divorce.” “Buy my course to fix your karma.” This is not Jyotish — this is marketing theatre. Think about it: Would a professor walk into an engineering or medical class, drop one dramatic one-liner, and walk out? No. Real learning is systematic, slow, layered, and drama-free. Jyotish is a Vedānga — a limb of the Veda — not circus entertainment. When you feed the Rahu impulse through camera & drama, you lose access to the guru impulse — which resides in your ears, not your eyes.
