Local Restaurant Group was founded by Paula and Mike Cipollo who took a leap of faith and uprooted their family to Hamilton to open their first restaurant, Hambrgr. With all 4 feet in, they changed the trajectory of their lives from working in corporate into the world of entrepreneurship.

Local Restaurant Group was born in 2015 by mixing together the dynamic world of hospitality with the charm that radiates from the communities we’re so proud to be part of. Understanding those communities is essential, but even more importantly, is finding ways to incorporate them into your offering.

So far Paula and Mike have created 3 brands and opened 5 restaurants in 7 years with their newest location and brand, Matty's Hot Chicken!
