Casey Hall and I take some time to preview the 2021-22 NBA season this week, starting with the Eastern Conference. We go through the three tiers; the 5 teams that we don't believe will make the playoffs, the four teams that we think will be in the play-in, and then we preview the six teams that we believe to be in the top six.
