Episode notes
The November Zero Day "Shake Up" Event
The November Zero Day Event is a 30-day intensive safety sprint. Its goal is to "Shake Up" the static (laminar) safety culture and prepare the workforce for the holiday season peak—a period historically associated with high turbulence and increased risk. This event is the "stress test" for the OPA-1 protocol.
3.1 Pre-Event: The Stochastic Decay Audit (October 25 - 31)
Before the event begins, the Safety Leadership Team must conduct a "Stochastic Decay" audit.
3.2 The 30-Day "Shake Up" Calendar
The calendar is structured into four weekly themes, moving from internal awareness (Ponder) to external resilience (Zero Day Readiness). Each day features a specific "Vibe Chat" topic designed to provoke the P.I.M.P. cycle.
