Luke 20:45-47

• Jesus warns disciples against scribes who parade in long robes, seek best seats, and devour widows' houses with pretense of prayer.
• He declares they will face greater judgment for their actions.

Mark 12:41-44

• Jesus observes rich donors giving large sums to the treasury from abundance.
• He highlights a poor widow's two small coins as greater offering, given from her poverty and all she had to live on.
