Discussion Questions:

1. Who has been a role model for you in your specific calling? How about someone perhaps not with your specific calling, but is an example of work done well? How can you encourage, support, or serve them today?
2. Can you outline what makes someone true to your specific calling - character, achievements, etc (1 Timothy 5:9-10)? Can you recognize the common pitfalls and temptations in your specific calling (1 Timothy 5:11-13)? Is there someone who holds you accountable in these things?
3. Do you struggle to play second or third fiddle in particular areas of your life? Do you know why this particular area causes you to struggle in this way?
