The ladies are starting a new reality show on Netflix: Pop Star Academy: KASTEYE. The series follows 20 contestants vying for a spot in a one-of-a-kind, six-member girl group, modeled after rigorous K-pop training programs. The group is a collaboration of two music powerhouses: Hybe x Geffen.

Leanne and Juliet discuss the history of Bang Si Hyuk, the co-founder and chairperson of Hybe (the recording label behind BTS), and the notoriously intense K-pop training programs. They also discuss how critique is handled between the Korean dance trainer versus the American trainer. Leanne and Juliet draw parallels to their own lives.
