Hello. For today’s podcast, I want to share insights from a recent meeting with a colleague. It was a profound experience that highlighted how two people with differing views could still maintain a relationship built on respect, honor, and dignity. Despite discussing topics that could typically inflame others, we managed to respect each other’s differing views and focus on the core issue. This scenario has broader implications. Imagine if everyone could recognize that each person holds a unique worldview without labeling anyone as right or wrong. If we could discard notions of right and wrong and instead assess if our behavior harms another human being, our interactions would change dramatically.
