Sometimes the lows of mental health can be a lot. This week I felt like I had been hit so hard that it felt impossible to get through. I want to remind you that it felt like that, and I was able to push through. If you have moments when you feel like you are tested and you feel like you are losing, you aren't.

Such tools as therapy, setting boundaries, retreating temporarily are helpful to help you gain insight and move forward.

My heart goes out to the victims and in my opinion preventable deaths of the 2 students and 2 teachers killed at Apalachee High School. in addition to the many who were injured. May your healing and love be as close as the tragedy.
