    On Tuesday lawmakers filed Senate Bill 516 which, according to the bill seeks to codify definitions of sex to include only male and female descriptions. This bill would also prevent people from changing their gender on their birth certificates or driver's licenses while also regulating which bathroom people are allowed to use in some state buildings. With Chris Edwards to offer perspective on this bill is the 74th Governor of North Carolina Pat McCrory.
