A Duke University spinout called Quadridox is developing new airport scanners that could make security faster and safer – all while allowing you to keep your water bottle. With contracts from the Department of Homeland Security, this startup is aiming to trial their cutting-edge X-ray scanners in some East Coast airports this year.
