Gemma Rader is no stranger to competing at a high level in the sport of CrossFit, and this year achieved more than ever when she became Fittest in Africa, and qualified for the 2024 CrossFit Games.
Whilst they weren’t the Games anyone envisioned, Gemma spoke about her personal experience that weekend, and all the changes and sacrifices she went through to get there.
