Anne and her husband Bill would have the help of doctors and nurses working at Anne's psychiatric ward to steal 14 children. 14 more would later join this group of children from the followers giving birth hand handing them over. Horrendously enough, these 24 kids would undergo the worst treatment at a designated property Anne called Uptop.
