Jason Lefler teaches from 1 John 2:15-17. John, the last surviving apostle, was living in Ephesus and confronting a rising plague of gnosticism that was creeping into the church. He wrote this letter to affirm that God can be truly known and that His salvation is certain for the genuine believer.
