As the Youth Development Program Coordinator for Vacaville Police Activities League (PAL), Kyle is creating safe, empowering spaces where young people ages 7–18 can grow into leaders, build trust with law enforcement, and unlock their potential through mentorship and meaningful programs.
But Kyle’s influence doesn’t stop there. As a dedicated member of the A.W.A.R.E. Coalition (Advocating for Wellness, Adolescent Recovery, and Education), he’s at the forefront of youth mental health, substance abuse prevention, and peer-led support initiatives that are changing lives.
