Elric’s soul now lies trapped within Strahd’s vampiric blade, Lament, where he is reunited with Amisra, the woman whose memory drove him into this cursed land. Meanwhile, the survivors cling to life. Holmwood, bloodied and barely standing, drags the unconscious bodies of Matrim and Aniphi into a fragile refuge — a pocket dimension created by Rope Trick.

Now, with only Matrim, Holmwood, and the spectral presence of Amisra, the remaining heroes must:
