Join Steph (Ex-Binge Drinker) and her guest Nicole (5 years sober) who is on a mission to end generations of alcohol abuse in her family and she is killing it! We talk about everything from, toasting Champaign in the hospital after having a baby, to creepy basement AA meetings. One thing that Nicole is excited about is the momentum that the sober movement is getting because 5 years ago her options weren't what we all have today. And it's because of the courage of woman like Nicole who share their stories we have the wonderful community that so many of us lean on today.
