To stay in the expectant state:
- Be flexible/ adaptable
- Take action consistently (daily, weekly)
- Be patient with yourself
- Visualize your success (what do you hear, see, and feel when you have accomplished your goal?)
- Practice mindfulness- whatever that looks like for you. (reading, running, fitness. etc).
- Track progress (use a journal, app, etc)
- Expect your outcome (know that you will accomplish your goal)
- Try not to compare yourself with others (focus on what you have to do in your own life)
