The Office of Administrative Hearings found prima facie evidence that Rep Ron Kresha violated Minnesota election laws and will be holding a court hearing to determine guilt. What's interesting about this case is that Kresha only won his primary election by a razor thin margin. If 18 voters voted for his opponent, she would've taken out a long serving incumbent.
