Kiel is a Mental Golf Type certified coach, which is a personality test made for golfers to help them figure out how they think and perform better. Kiel is also the director of instruction at The Academy at Black Creek in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Kiel has been named a Top Teacher Under 40 in America and the Top Teacher in Tennessee by Golf Digest.
