This fall, some homes across Thunder Bay will get a new garbage bin, as the City rolls out its auto-cart program. Later on, the new organics recycling program will also kick off. Solid Waste and Recycling Services Manager Jason Sherband brings us an update on these two programs. Host Jeff Walters has a rundown of what happened at City Hall on Monday night.
