Lockdown sucks… There is no other way of putting it. Lockdown is crap, crap, crap for everyone. Nobody is having a good time and those with ADHD are finding it hard because neurodiverse people experience challenging, stressful and daunting situations very differently to neurotypicals and this can heavily impact them. It is time to hold the ADHD community with some love, vent, and let them know that we are here for them. Although The Lucie Pod is not a replacement for actual professional medical advice, consider this episode an act of therapy for me and others. Let’s vent and talk about the impact of lockdown on people with ADHD and what we can do to help!
