Coming up on today's show I caught up with Sean Kiez. He is an artist, songwriter and owner of the management company The Formula Entertainment Group.

Raised in the church, Kiez was blessed with a strong ability to develop talent and a fascinating ear for good music. At the young age of 13 years old, he traveled to Los Angeles to meet with record labels. With things not moving forward from his west coast trip, he continued making music. He decided to put his all back into the music industry. He began managing legends such as Grammy Nominated artist JoJo of the legendary R&B group, Jodeci. He has also facilitated various brand partnership deals with for artists such as Blueface, G Herbo, Rich The Kid, Soulja Boy.
