On his journey southwest to escape his unknown pursuers, the fugitive Dark Mage Kalron has reached Ravenpoint, a famous fortress village of Dwarfen blacksmiths, stopping just long enough to refresh himself and perhaps find someone able to cut off his wrist shackles. Continuing to follow his trail, Enchanter Gaiwan and friends head for Ravenpoint, hoping to reach it by nightfall, well aware the once-defeated mountainmen are hunting them.
