Professor in HR and organizational behavior, mama of two boys, coffee shop owner and a new-coming Q-grade, Ning joins me today to talk about a path that she never planned. There are sparkles in Ning’s eyes whenever she talks about teaching or her students, she did not imagined to be a professor at first. Unlike many who are so stressed over H1b and the status in general, Ning did not know much about H1b yet got it as part of a teaching position. Life seems full of potential and U.S. could just be a testing field for Professor Hou.
